🏐 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Manila Open 2018

FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Manila Open 2018 is being held from May 3 to 6.
The countries represented in the men’s competition include Australia, Austria, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Oman, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Venezuela
Also in attendance are our Southeast Asian teams from Singapore and host Philippines.

Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Paraguay, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, United States joined the host nation in the women’s competition.

In the men's qualification event, Singapore was eliminated in the first round. The duo of Shen and Pj. Poon was defeated by team Spain, 18-21, 21-11, 15-7.
Meanwhile, 4 teams from the Philippines did not go thru the qualification round as they are already seeded in the main draw. 
In Women's division, teams from the Philippines and Thailand reached the quarter finals but were defeated by teams from Japan who stopped them from advancing to the semi finals.
