1st Asian Boules Sport Confederation Petanque Championship 2017

The 1st Asian Boules Confederation Championship 2017 was held at the Thonburi University in Bangkok, Thailand from December 9 to December 11

Host Thailand topped the overall ranking with three golds, two silvers and one bronze. Cambodia came second overall with three gold and two bronze medals.
While Vietnam won two silvers and one bronze medals to place third overall.
Other than our Southeast Asian athletes at this tournament, China, Japan and India also won medals in this renamed tournament.  
The competition coincided with the 1st ABSC Nations Cup 2017.
