The 1st Asian Boules Sports Confederation Nations Cup 2017 was successfully held at the Thonburi University in Bangkok, Thailand which concluded last December 10.

- Gold Medal - Vietnam
- Silver Medal - Japan
- Bronze Medals - Mongolia and Singapore
Women Triple
- Gold Medal - China
- Silver Medal - Japan
- Bronze Medals - Chinese Taipei and Singapore

- Gold Medal - Chinese Taipei
- Silver Medal - Malaysia
