Malaysia & Singapore Won Medals at the IBF Bowling World Cup 2022

Malaysia & Singapore brought pride for Southeast Asian region as the two countries took home medals in team & individual events.
 
Team Malaysia takes the bronze medal in the women's team event after an edge to edge battle against the United States. In the men's team, the Philippines fell short to host Australia in a battle for 3rd place position and settled only for 4th place.

For individual event, New Hui Fen of Singapore settled for silver medal in the women's event. She failed to beat Bryanna Cote of United States in the finals. Meanwhile,  Timmy Tan of Malaysia and Lara Posadas of the Philippines both ended 4th place in the men's and women's events respectively.  
 
Tan misses out on the podium with a lost to Kris Prather of United States in a tight bronze medal match while Posadas overpowered by Germany's Birgit Noreiks.
