The Philippines finished 32nd overall out of 188 teams/countries in the open division of the 44th Chess Olympiad held in India. They also top among the SEA nations in the competition.
Uzbekistan took the gold, silver medal went to Armenia and bronze to host India team-2. Below are the ranking of our SEA nations in the competition. Meanwhile, no Vietnam team competed in the open division.
