The deadline for athletes to register for the 31st Southeast Asian Games of the delegations has been extended to March 30, 2022, which is two weeks later than the previous date of March 12, 2022.
The decision to extend was taken to address the epidemic's overall impact, which has caused the athlete selection schedule to be impacted in some countries.
Previously, 11 countries attending the 31st SEA Games had preliminarily registered 7,115 athletes, competing in 40 sports of the Games.
