Timor Leste will compete in their third consecutive appearance in Winter Olympics.
Debuted in 2014 Sochi Olympics, this country is bannered by Yohan Goutt Goncalves who is a Half-French skier who is competing in Alpine skiing.
Timor Leste has never won a medal in Winter Olympics but with Yohan who already competed in the past two editions, his experiences may give Timor Leste their historic medal at the 2022 Winter Olympics to be held in Beijing.
Timor Leste is among the four Southeast Asian countries who qualified to compete for the 2022 Winter Olympics. The other three countries are Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand.
