The Philippine men's volleyball team who missed a podium at the 2017 SEA Games is out to compete in a local tournament in preparation for the upcoming Southeast Asian Games this November.
The men's national team is set to compete in Spikers' Turf Reinforced Conference 2019 scheduled to begin on May 19.
The event which features a total of 12 teams will be held at the Paco Arena.
This is the first time the national team will be tested and it will be a good exposure for the team to enhance their chemistry.
Some listed national team members are Johnvic de Guzman, Peter Torres, Marck Espejo, Alnakran Abdilla, Mark Alfafara and UAAP MVP Bryan Bagunas.
