Obstacle Course Race (OCR) is one of the sports to be featured in the 30th Southeast Asian Games which will be held in the Philippines from November 30 to December 11 this year.The six events to be contested are the individual 100-meter and 5-km. races (for men and women) and mixed team 400-meter race (team assist and relay).
Obstacle Course Race will debut as a official sports of the 2019 Southeast Asian Games other than the 55 sports scheduled to be played in different venues in the Philippines.
The Philippines is eyeing to sweep all six gold medals at stake in the obstacle course race.
