The 5th ASEAN Inline Freestyle Skating Championship was held at the Hera Palace Convention Centre in Vung Tau City in Vietnam
The tournament brought 120 skaters aged between 7 and 25 from Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and host Vietnam. The Republic of Korea and China also participated.
The tournament featured two main events namely Slalom and Roller Cross for 43 sets of medals.
Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore skaters were among the medalists of the championship.
Singapore skaters can be seen in many places in Singapore. Most kids like to skate out of curiosity because they just enjoy skating.
