The Asian Junior & Youth Weightlifting Championships 2017 was held in Kathmandu, Nepal from July 21 to July 29 with eight (8) weight classes each for men's and women's division for junior and youth categories.Southeast Asian weightlifters from Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore and Myanmar took part of this youthful competition.Thailand is the big winner collecting 13 gold, 14 silver and 12 bronze medals while Vietnam also collected couple of medals including 4 gold, 11 silver and 13 bronze medals. The Philippines also made it to the medal board by bagging three bronze medals.Below are the competitive results of our young Southeast Asian weightlifters.
