The Filipino hurdler, who was raised in Spain by adoptive Spanish parents, will compete in the Men's 110m hurdles. He qualified in this event after he managed to land inside the Top 40 of the World Athletics Road to Paris Rankings.
The 22-year old Cabang started his athletic career in 2017 where he bagged a gold medal in Durango, Spain. And then he first competed in the Philippines in 2022.
Cabang represented the Philippines in the 2023 Cambodia Southeast Asian Games where he won a bronze medal in the Men's 110 hurdles. He also won a bronze medal in the 2024 Asian Indoor Championships (Men's 60m).
