Team Philippines πŸ‡΅πŸ‡­ | Aleah Finnegan


The 21-year old Finnegan has qualified for the Paris Olympics after finishing among the 14 highest-ranking eligible athletes in the women’s all-around qualification at the 52nd Artistic Gymnastics World C'ships 2023 in Antwerp, Belgium. She will represent the Philippines along with Levi Ruivivar and Emma Malabuyo in the Women's Artistic Gymnastics this July.
 
Finnegan was born in the United States and was a member of United States' women's national gymnastics team from 2019 to 2021 and was part of the team that won gold at the 2019 Pan American Games.
 
Representing the Philippines, she won medals in the 2021 SEA Games including the gold medal in vault, silver medal in Beam and in the Individual All-around events. In 2023 at the Senior Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships, she clinched the bronze medal in the women's vault apparatus.
 
The Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) qualification round (Subdivision 3) in Paris Olympics is scheduled on July 28 in the evening around  8:50pm (GMT+8).
