- John Ceniza of the Philippines (M61)
- Elreen Ando of the Philippines (W59)
- Vanessa Sarno of the Philippines (W71)
- Theerapong Silachai of Thailand (M61)
- Weeraphon Wichuma of Thailand (M73)
- Surodchana Khambao of Thailand (W49)
- Duangaksorn Chaidee of Thailand (W+81)
- Trịnh Văn Vinh of Vietnam (M61)
Weightlifting contributed 4 medals at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics including the first ever Olympic gold medal of the Philippines courtesy of Hidilyn Diaz while Indonesia won 1 silver and two bronze medals.
