Vietnam women's football team intensifies its training in preparation for the 31st Southeast Asian Games.
The team which is composed of 26 players left for Korea and will have a friendly matches against the national football team of Korea.
Aside from its friendly matches that will be held on April 9 and on April 11, team Vietnam will have four more friendly matches against strong local female teams on April 13, 15, 17 and 19.
The women's team of Vietnam is in Group A in the 31st SEA Games together with the Philippines, Indonesia and Cambodia. While Group B is comprised of Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore and Laos.
Vietnam's first assignment is against Indonesia on May 9, the Philippines on May 11 and Cambodia on May 14.
Team Vietnam is the defending SEA Games champion.
