Below are the Southeast Asian rowers who qualified for Tokyo Olympics after the 2021 FISA Asia & Oceania Olympic Qualification Regatta in Tokyo, Japan.
- Indonesia | LW2x - Melanie Putri & Mutiara Rahma Putri
- Philippines | Men's Singles Sculls - Cris Nievarez
- Singapore | Women's Single Sculls - Joan Poh Xue Hua
- Thailand | Women's Single Sculls - Nuntida Krajangjam
Note: Pham Thi Hue of Vietnam was fourth in the women's single sculls in the qualification event. Her result could have seen her qualify as the top five receiving slots to Tokyo in individual races, however, each country was only allowed to send its highest-placed qualifier to the Games. Fortunately, their highest qualifier are Duo Luong Thi Thao and Dinh Thi Hao who placed 2nd in the LW2x Final A.
