Cambodia who only won three gold medals at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games is preparing its athletes for the November's biennial meet in the Philippines.
It's three gold medals which they won in Kuala Lumpur SEA Games came from taekwondo, petanque and muay.
Khim Dima who brought gold medal in the sport of muay thai is hoping to repeat his golden performance in the 2019 SEA Games.
Dima won in the men's 63kg event will now climb his weight category to 64kg event in Manila SEA Games.
According to Khmer Times news, he is regularly practicing and fighting. And he will be in good form before the 2019 SEA Games commence on November 30.
Muay is one of the 56 sports to be featured at the biggest ever edition in terms of number of sports.
