After Round-2 matches, Guam topped among 6 teams sweeping all its matches to victory. Followed by our Southeast Asian teams Malaysia, host Thailand and Indonesia all with 3 wins and 2 defeats while Singapore made it to the winner's column after their last match against Macau.Only the top 4 teams from Eastern zone will advance to the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers.
