The Asian Carom Billiards Championship 2018 took place in Ho Chi Minh City from April 4 gathering leading cue players from Japan, the Republic of Korea and Vietnam.As a conclusion of the tournament, Vietnam won in the one-cushion carom category with Ngo Dinh Nai winning the title.
He defeated Ma Minh Cam 100-83 in all-Vietnamese final.
Nai took home 1000 USD for being the first place and take the title for the second time.
The third place of one-cushion carom category went to Vietnam’s Pham Quoc Tuan and Lee Seung-jin of the Republic of Korea.
Meanwhile, Korean cueists dominated the three-cushion carom category occupying first to fourth places.
The five-day event was participated by 50 cue artists.
