🎱 Billiards | Scotty Townsend Memorial 9-Ball Tournament 2018

Congratulations to Zoren James Aranas of the Philippines for winning the 2018 Scotty Townsend Memorial 9-Ball Tournament which was successfully held at the Arena Billiards West Monroe in Los Angeles, California.

Aranas defeated Filipino-Canadian Alex Pagulayan in the finals and pocketed 7,500 USD while the later received 5,625USD as runner up.

Earlier in January, Aranas won the 2018 Music City Classic Open Division held in Madison, Tennessee, USA.

Philippines is still number 1 in Southeast Asia in 9-ball billiards for both women and men's events.

Billiards has a high (99%) percentage inclusion at the coming 2019 SEA Games to be held in the Philippines.
