Thailand at the Winter Olympics

The country made its debut at the Winter Olympics at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, USA.
Prawat Nagvajara represented Thailand and competed in Cross-Country Skiing. He is the first athlete to compete in Winter Olympics for Thailand.
He is also the first athlete from Southeast Asia to represent his country in two consecutive editions of Winter Olympics - in 2002 and in 2006.
Thailand already had 6 Winter Olympians in two sports and looking for its first medal.
