Three Southeast Asian countries took part at the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games that was held in Baku, Azerbaijan from May 12 to May 22. These were Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Indonesia finished 8th place overall with 6 golds, 29 silvers and 23 bronze medals. While Malaysia landed in 38th place with two bronze medals and Brunei got no medal for this edition.
