I. About the 8th ASEAN School Games
The eighth ASEAN School Games (ASG) is being hosted by Thailand from July 21-31, 2016. Changmai will host the annual event to be participated by student-athletes under the age of eighteen. In this edition of ASG, eleven (11) sports with 123 events are being contested by our ASEAN youth athletes from the eight (8) SEA nations .The ASEAN Schools Games (ASG) is an annual sporting event which aims to enhance friendship among students around the Southeast Asian region. It also seeks to promote ASEAN solidarity among the youth through school sports and provide opportunities for school athletes to engage in cultural exchange.
