#SEAGames2023 News | Volleyball Teams Gearing Up for SEA Games

Four Southeast Asian countries are fielding their teams for training and friendly competitions abroad.
 
The Philippine men's team who recently unveiled the names of their training pool are in Taiwan for a training camp in preparation for the 32nd Southeast Asian Games. 

A couple of tune-up games are scheduled during their 10-day camp against four club teams in Taipei. This team is composed of new faces where only two athletes from the last SEA Games remain and also having a new head coach.

Meanwhile, Malaysia and Singapore are going to Maldives for the Four Nations Cup 2023. This volleyball tournament is scheduled from February 23 to 27 at the Social Center Indoor Hall in Male City Maldives.

Aside from host Maldives and our SEA teams, the other country participating is Afghanistan.

And speaking about Team Maldives, their women's team is training in Thailand in preparation for this volleyball competition. They also had a tune up match against a Thai team. 

Meanwhile, 32nd SEA Games host Cambodia men's team will be having friendly match against France U-19 team on February 19.
