#SEAGames2023 News | Indonesia & Singapore in Swimming Battle

 

The swimming teams of Indonesia and Singapore had the opportunity to test their swimmers against each other in a friendly competition last weekend.

It was a successful South East Asian Swimming Dual Meet Series short course (25m) between Team Indonesia and Team Singapore that took place at Aquatic Stadium, Gelora Bung Karno in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event was held from the 28th to 29th of January 2023.
 
Indonesia broke some national records in this dual meet series that give a positive outcome for the team. For instance, Gusti Ayu Made Nadya Saraswati and Adelia are those successful swimmers who broke national records.

Around 40 swimmers competed from both countries over two days. The event is also in preparation to the 32nd Southeast Asian Games to be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia next May.
